The IT Infrastructure Department’s mission is to ensure the availability and performance of services and customer service channels through automated actions, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site Unit: Head Office – Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As Cyber Security Coordinator, you will work within the Cyber Recovery and Restoration Squad, and your main activities will include: * Ensuring reliable and rapid recovery of critical data and services after security incidents, validating and testing restoration from immutable backups and vaulting, as well as executing tests in critical scenarios (e.g., ransomware), ensuring compliance with defined RTO/RPO. * Coordinating squad activities focused on recovery and restoration of critical environments. * Ensuring backups are isolated, immutable, and protected against unauthorized modifications or access. * Planning and executing regular restoration tests in critical scenarios, including ransomware attacks. * Validating the integrity of restored data and ensuring recovery within defined timeframes (RTO/RPO). * Developing and maintaining clean-room rebuild processes in controlled environments. * Ensuring rapid and reliable restoration of critical services following incidents. * Continuously reviewing and improving recovery processes based on lessons learned and emerging threats. * Collaborating with Backup, Infrastructure, Security, and Incident Response teams. * Preparing test reports and recovery metrics for audits and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; * Experience with enterprise backup solutions and vaulting technologies. * Knowledge of infrastructure such as Windows, Linux, virtualization, cloud. * Familiarity with RTO/RPO concepts and Disaster Recovery strategies. * Experience in recovery testing and environment reconstruction (“clean-room”). * Knowledge of cybersecurity, especially ransomware protection. * Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot complex scenarios. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or related to Backup/DR. * Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud). * Experience in Cyber Resilience projects. * Participation in post-ransomware incident environment recovery scenarios. **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and wellbeing, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Commuter Benefit (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Bradesco Well-Being Program: health, wellbeing, and quality-of-life initiative * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions on various products and services * Daycare or Nanny Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, with assisted pregnancy follow-up through postpartum
