**Job Requirements** **Education / Qualifications:** Completed high school education. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail, keen observation, and ability to make quick decisions. * Discipline, organization, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Experience:** Prior experience in property security or related fields is desirable. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct preventive security patrols within the premises to identify risks, suspicious activities, and abnormal situations. * Control the entry and exit of people and vehicles by verifying authorizations and preventing unauthorized access. * Inspect gates to ensure they are properly closed and compliant with security procedures. * Receive, guide, and provide information to visitors and guests, contributing to quality public service. * Identify and document security incidents, preparing incident reports. * Immediately notify supervisors or competent authorities of any suspicion, accident, or critical situation. * Assist in protecting users, staff, and visitors against risks, losses, or damage to assets. * Respond to emergency situations—such as accidents or fires—following safety protocols and, where applicable, first aid procedures. * Provide support for related tasks as required by operational needs and leadership directives.
