**About the position** We are looking for a **Swimming Instructor for Children** to work with kids, following the **Gustavo Borges Methodology**, a national reference in swimming instruction and aquatic development. **No prior experience in children's swimming is required.** We offer **comprehensive training**, hands-on practice, and ongoing mentoring to help professionals develop safely, effectively, and confidently. **Responsibilities** * Teach children’s classes at the poolside, applying the Gustavo Borges Methodology; * Conduct classes in a playful, safe, and organized manner, respecting each child’s developmental stage; * Encourage adaptation to the aquatic environment, motor coordination, and aquatic autonomy; * Monitor and record students’ progress; * Receive and guide parents and guardians courteously and clearly; * Participate in internal training sessions and continuous professional development programs; * Maintain organization, punctuality, and alignment with Gustavo Borges network standards. **Requirements** * Degree in **Physical Education** (Teaching or Bachelor’s); * **Active and up-to-date CREF registration**; * Availability for in-person work; * Affinity with children, patience, and strong communication skills; * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)** * Prior experience teaching children, swimming, or recreational activities; * Experience interacting with the public or working in school environments. **What we offer** * Comprehensive training in the **Gustavo Borges Methodology** (national benchmark); * An organized, professional environment with constant support; * Opportunities for career growth within the network; * A welcoming team and a culture of continuous development. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Job type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$17.05 per hour Expected weekly working hours: up to 30 hours Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: In-person
