




We are looking for an **experienced Sushiman, passionate about Japanese cuisine and the art of perfect cutting**, to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Clean and handle seafood, controlling waste and maximizing ingredient utilization; * Perform precise cuts and dish assembly, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation; * Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties with skill, speed, and excellence; * Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of products in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Keep knives and utensils properly sharpened and organized; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area, contributing to an immaculate kitchen environment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Sushiman (experience in high-end restaurants is a plus); * Proficiency in seafood cutting, handling, and filleting techniques; * Carefulness, discipline, and attention to detail; * Good personal appearance and professional demeanor; * Availability to work flexible hours.
