Job Mission: Responsible for planning, managing the maintenance program, and controlling its activities on aircraft, directing production areas to optimize fleet availability for operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with Brazilian Aeronautical Regulations and Aircraft Maintenance Programs; - Develop and monitor fleet airworthiness control and maximum operational availability by creating service packages/blocks to be performed during aircraft overnight stops, as well as heavy preventive interventions in hangars; - Develop and execute processes to maintain the fleet’s maintenance program up-to-date and under control, through the development of preventive actions/tasks, identifying the most appropriate timing for their execution (safety and operational cost); - Execute and develop long-term maintenance planning, providing visibility and stability to partner departments and service providers, enabling them to make available materials, tools, human resources, and aircraft for Avantto fleet maintenance; - Analyze and ensure that service providers’ productive capacity matches maintenance demand; - Inform the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and service providers of aircraft downtime planning for preventive maintenance over the next 12 months; - Analyze and ensure that fleet planning includes the minimum number of maintenance units required to maintain fleet airworthiness; - Analyze and ensure compliance with requirements necessary for acceptance of new fleet aircraft, through analysis of legal and contractual requirements; - Notify aircraft withdrawal from operation when justified by non-compliance with national regulatory requirements or by threats to aircraft, personnel, or property safety; - Prepare Aircraft Maintenance Plans, respecting expiration dates and deadlines stipulated in Aircraft Maintenance Programs; - Conduct reviews of Aircraft Maintenance Programs; - Jointly plan maintenance downtimes with CTM, Logistics, CCO, and contracted workshops to fulfill the maintenance program; - Ensure analysis, compliance, and proper recording of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins. Requirements: Registration with the regulatory council (CREA/CFT) and technical knowledge compatible with aircraft maintenance; Engineering degree with valid CREA registration; Experience in professional activities related to maintenance of aeronautical products; Fluent English; Technical knowledge compatible with aircraft maintenance. Desirable: Empathy, active listening, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity, organization, customer focus, as well as planning and time management capabilities; Manufacturer or equivalent aircraft maintenance training/course.
