Every talent contributes to an innovative and respectful environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect within your business area’s market; * Identify companies, contact them, and promote materials from our business area; * Conduct visits to potential clients; * Manage post-sales activities, ensuring effective handling of client requests and safeguarding client satisfaction; * Support the technical department by providing sales details and identifying key contacts to accelerate project execution; * Visit existing clients to strengthen relationships; * Monitor market conditions and competitor behavior to support senior management in defining the company’s commercial strategy; continuously update knowledge about new products and services within your business unit to improve client engagement; * Update the “status” of your activities (e.g., visits conducted, proposal progress, new opportunities, client complaints, etc.), reporting or recording occurrences for performance evaluation and control by management, as well as maintaining the client database to support marketing efforts and future outreach; * Periodically prepare various performance maps and summary charts for the department; * Occasionally participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other events involving current or prospective clients to present the company, its products, and services — aiming to generate new business opportunities; record all resulting contacts for managerial review, among other responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professionals with strong experience in B2B sales targeting major accounts, complex negotiations, and strategic customer management — preferably within the electrical materials sector and with experience serving construction companies, industrial firms, or large retail chains. Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile, with expertise in negotiation techniques, margin/profitability analysis, proposal development, forecasting, and pipeline management (CRM and advanced Excel). Knowledge of Protheus ERP and experience in consultative technical sales are desirable.
