Support to the condominium manager in organizing meetings and ensuring compliance with regulations The Condominium Administrator is responsible for the **administrative, financial, and operational management** of the condominium, ensuring the smooth execution of daily routines, compliance with internal regulations, and resident satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative routines of the condominium * Supervise outsourced teams (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) * Attend to residents, the condominium manager, and the board—clarifying questions and addressing requests * Support the condominium manager in organizing meetings and preparing minutes * Ensure compliance with the condominium bylaws and internal regulations. **Desired Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Management Processes, Accounting, or related fields) * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility * Prior experience in condominium administration is a plus. **We Offer:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 28.80 per day; * Monthly food basket: BRL 110.52; * Health and dental insurance.
