This role involves on-site activity monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures, operational safety, and team development. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications; * Inspect construction work by phase; * Ensure technological control of units; * Ensure adherence to house construction schedules; * Monitor and control material consumption; * Conduct 5S and Safety patrols; * Train and guide Autonomous Group (AG) team members; * Develop masons' leadership skills; * Handle FCA (Field Change Authorization) resolutions; * Conduct performance evaluations, apply disciplinary measures, and provide feedback to team members; * Ensure macro-phase layouts; * Maintain company tools and equipment; * Support complementary activities such as technical assistance, project revitalization, and infrastructure services. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Day off; * Education incentive; * External partnerships with companies; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
