Our core values—**ethics, commitment, and transparency**—form the foundation of all our relationships and decisions. **Position:** Production Assistant **Work location:** Novo Hamburgo/RS Main responsibilities: * Assist in preparing and organizing materials and equipment required for window and door production * Perform support tasks such as loading and unloading materials, sorting and identifying parts, and moving finished products * Support the assembly and finishing stages of windows and doors under supervision from production supervisors and team leaders * Assist in quality control of manufactured products by conducting visual inspections of components * Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company-established safety rules and procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, contributing to a safe and productive working environment Requirements: * Completed elementary education (preferred) * No prior experience required (experience is an advantage) * Commitment, attention, and willingness to learn * Teamwork and responsibility Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$8.35 – R$9.63 per hour Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work arrangement: On-site
