In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize yield, while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Operate equipment in the assigned area of the production facility, learning and applying a basic understanding of policies and procedures to execute fundamental and clearly defined processes. * Perform various responsibilities in the identified area, including packaging, terminal blending operations, monitoring computerized control systems, and infrequent basic machine adjustments. * Learn operational procedures, receive input from colleagues, and may provide feedback regarding the clarity and effectiveness of instructions, including procedure documentation. * Troubleshoot assigned equipment and process issues, collaborating with the team to resolve them. * Record production and inventory activities in computerized systems. * Operate mobile equipment (Floor Cleaning Machine). * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean workplace, and manage the pace and progress of work on assigned equipment or processes—requiring awareness of interconnections with other process areas. * Other assigned duties. **Qualifications** ------------------ High school diploma or equivalent; Basic computer skills; Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 6:45 AM to 3:05 PM, on a fixed schedule.
