A construction company is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician in Fortaleza (Aldeota). BSPAR is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We focus on delivering services that meet the needs of the digital market. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions and propose corrective measures. Control and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring employees' physical integrity. Promote safety campaigns, lectures, and safety initiatives (DDS, SIPAT, etc.). Collaborate with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and oversee mandatory programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.). Directly operate in environments involving metal structures and facade scaffolding, ensuring safe conditions for assembly, use, and dismantling. Apply knowledge acquired from the NR-35 Technical Advisor course to guarantee compliance in work-at-height activities. Maintain the Quality Management System. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Consultant, or Occupational Safety Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
