JOIN OUR TEAM! **Responsibilities and Duties** Preparation of monthly QSMS reports; Participation in client meetings; Review and approval of third-party documentation; Inspection of areas and workplaces, verifying proper use of PPE, unsafe acts and conditions related to safety and environmental risks, promoting continuous improvement in processes, as well as distributing safety equipment and ensuring its correct use by employees; Investigation of incident causes through environmental analysis and data collection regarding the occurrence. Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees and service providers to guide them on company policies and procedures; Monitoring CIPA, PGR, and PCMSO programs, as well as overseeing implementation and application of control measures to ensure compliance with legislation and worker integrity. Ensuring compliance with Brazilian Labor Legislation (NRs – Regulatory Standards) and monitoring the work environment for activities performed by employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable: minimum 3 years’ experience in sanitation and/or civil construction. Completed Occupational Safety Technician course, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure.
