Job Summary: Occupational Safety professional to plan, manage, and implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) measures for civil construction projects, ensuring legal compliance and conducting training. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in construction site safety (minimum 5 years) 2. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs) 3. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel Main Responsibilities: OSH Planning and Management· Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health Programs and technical reports· Develop Risk Assessment Analyses (APR/ARA) for construction activities· Plan and implement risk control measures (collective protective equipment – CPEs and personal protective equipment – PPEs)· Integrate safety requirements into the physical project schedule· Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs), as well as those of the company and service providers· Prepare construction sites for inspections and audits· Conduct daily or periodic site inspections· Identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions· Evaluate scaffolding, excavations, shoring, machinery, and equipment· Monitor critical activities (working at height, lifting operations, confined spaces)· Training and Capacity Building· Conduct onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel· Deliver Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS)· Management of PPEs and CPEs· Accident and Emergency Management· Technical Documentation and Reporting· Liaison with managers, third-party companies, and contractors. Requirements: Proven experience in the civil construction sector;· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field;· Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (with emphasis on Excel);· Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail;· Clear communication and teamwork skills;· In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs);· Organizational ability to manage daily tasks;· Capability to identify, assess, and control risks;· Accident and incident analysis and investigation;· Knowledge of PPEs and CPEs (selection, application, and control);· Basic knowledge of ergonomics, occupational hygiene, and occupational health;· Safety performance indicator management (e.g., accident rate, near-miss rate, etc.);· Experience in large-scale projects.
