Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people and constitute one of the city’s main daily mobility corridors.** **In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. We currently have an opportunity for a Mechanized Permanent Way Maintenance Supervisor role within our Permanent Way (Mechanized) team.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply and feel free to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise mechanized permanent way maintenance teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of activities in accordance with the organization’s established technical, operational, and quality standards; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor mechanized maintenance activities, such as rail grinding, tamping, alignment adjustment, welding, mechanized inspections, and other track interventions; * Ensure compliance with railway operational and safety procedures, mitigating risks to operations and teams; * Develop and implement continuous improvements in mechanized maintenance processes, aiming to increase productivity, track reliability, and reduce failures; * Guarantee technical, operational, and behavioral capacity building of teams, promoting periodic training and refresher courses; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and safety, adopting preventive and corrective actions; * Manage resources, track maintenance equipment, and machinery, ensuring availability, integrity, and proper usage; * Oversee and ensure execution of the permanent way’s preventive and corrective maintenance plan; * Participate in contractual and administrative management of the area, supporting measurements, controls, and fulfillment of contractual requirements; * Actively participate in administrative processes, contributing to development of plans, procedures, procurement of materials and supplies; * Support personnel selection processes, review of technical manuals, and standardization of mechanized maintenance routines; * Collaborate closely with PCM, engineering, safety, operations, and partner companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Building Construction, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or related fields; or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines; * Experience or background in supervision and leadership of operational teams; * Knowledge or experience in permanent way maintenance, with focus on mechanized activities (tamping machines, ballast regulators, rail grinders); * Familiarity with railway standards, safety procedures, and mechanized maintenance practices; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Brazilian driver’s license – Category B; * Availability to work on-site and during operational hours. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in supervisory and leadership roles; * Knowledge of SAP; * Experience managing maintenance indicators (MEL, MTBF, MTTR, productivity). **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical assistance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
