Responsible for managing the maintenance team to carry out preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance, machining, and hydraulic activities on machinery, aiming to fully and efficiently support all processes dependent on the operation of these machines across the entire industrial park. **Responsibilities and Duties** By analyzing service requests, planning maintenance activities, and guiding the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services; According to the preventive or corrective maintenance plan, conducting scheduled visits and responding to requests identified by other departments and industrial plants; Through analysis and guidance for executing preventive and corrective maintenance services; Understanding and addressing requests aimed at resolving problems while ensuring adherence to the regular preventive maintenance schedule; Delivering training on machinery, with due attention to occupational health and safety regulations; Acting as a technical reference for the mechanical team, performing diagnostics, handling the most complex repairs, and proposing solutions for equipment adjustment or replacement, as well as related process improvements; Conducting audits to assess area organization standards and the condition of tools/workshop equipment; Leading “machine-side” meetings and mapping lockout actions arising from needs identified during those meetings; Using personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting machine and equipment failures, utilizing collective protective equipment (CPE), verifying ambient lighting, respecting equipment operating parameters (power, usage time, etc.), and maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Education: *Mechanics or Electromechanics;* **Computer Skills** (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); NRs 06, 12, 33, and 35; Maintenance Mechanics; Automation; Mechatronics; Electrotechnics.
