We are seeking professionals to work as **Industrial Mechanic** in **Curionópolis - PA**. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform all assigned tasks in compliance with procedures, identifying unsafe conditions, focusing on quality, safety, and environmental protection, and adhering to occupational health and workplace safety standards and procedures; Identify, analyze, and report existing risk conditions associated with the maintenance activities to be performed; Ensure that mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, lubrication circuits, and machines involved in the maintenance activity to be performed are de-energized and in safe condition for maintenance execution; Ensure signage is properly placed on areas, mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication circuits, and machines involved in the maintenance activity to be performed; Use devices to reduce accident risks, including required PPE and engineering controls (EPC) appropriate for the maintenance activity to be performed; Maintain work areas clean and organized (5S); Select, identify, and dispose of waste generated from maintenance activities; Detect and report abnormal operating conditions of mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Perform measurements and readings on indicators, recorders, and measuring instruments installed on mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Collect and record information from operators regarding the operation of mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Consult and interpret technical documentation (drawings, manuals, tables) for machine components, parts, piping, accessories, mechanical assemblies, mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Consult, interpret, and follow work procedures, including the schedule of activities in which the individual is involved; Identify and requisition consumables and spare parts (machine components, parts, piping, accessories, and mechanical assemblies) applicable to the maintenance activity to be performed; Select and requisition tools, measuring instruments, and auxiliary equipment necessary to carry out the activities; Keep measuring instruments, tools, machines, and auxiliary equipment clean and organized; Dismantle and conduct visual and dimensional inspections of machine components, parts, piping, accessories, and mechanical assemblies present in mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Repair, adjust, assemble, and replace machine components, parts, piping, accessories, and mechanical assemblies present in mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Perform final assembly, including adjustments, calibrations, alignment, and leveling of mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Use measuring instruments, tools, and auxiliary equipment appropriate for the maintenance activity to be performed; Handle movement of tools, consumables, spare parts, machine components, parts, piping, accessories, mechanical assemblies, mechanical equipment, and machines using hoists (manual, electric, and pneumatic), trolleys, pallet jacks, manual carts, and lifting equipment; Clean, preserve, and properly store machine components, parts, piping, accessories, mechanical assemblies, and mechanical equipment; Record, during maintenance execution, the condition of machine components, parts, piping, accessories, mechanical assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication systems, and machines; Record executed maintenance activities, modifications made, and any incidents, with legible descriptions in work orders, including time spent, equipment tag, tools used, and materials consumed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Experience in maintenance systems, equipment mechanical failures, and defects; Experience in metrology and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings; Experience in equipment lubrication and hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
