As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a new and challenging environment, exercising your communication skills, mindset, and influence on a daily basis. You’ll be responsible for supporting the growth of the marketing team with the goal of creating real value for users—thereby improving and expanding the brand’s relationship with them. Role Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end process of creating new marketing campaigns: strategy, implementation, and performance measurement; * Design and monitor user journeys and funnels for different user profiles present on the 99 marketplace; * Monitor media, CRM, and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign and/or project improvement; * Lead agency interactions—including development of communication briefs and campaign briefs; * Manage day-to-day tasks and campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities; * Manage internal stakeholders by providing guidelines and ensuring consistent brand direction; * Track marketing and business KPIs and incorporate learnings and insights into projects and routines; * Capable of independently analyzing marketing data and recommending solutions for medium-complexity scenarios—aiming not only to improve results for your current projects but also for the broader marketing function; * Manage the financial/operational scope of project-related expenses. Role Qualifications: * 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in the field; * Multidisciplinary approach to task execution, analytical thinking, and critical judgment; * Problem-solving ability, autonomy, and self-management; * Familiarity with marketing tools, communication planning, content creation, and influencer marketing.
