Development of management and communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics team activities; * Plan and monitor routes, deliveries, and deadlines; * Ensure inventory control and accuracy; * Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards in the department; * Perform people management (feedback, scheduling, performance monitoring); * Propose improvements to logistics processes; * Carry out other duties inherent to the position. **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience implementing a WMS system; * Knowledge of logistics indicators (OTIF, inventory turnover, service level, etc.); * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * 3–4 years of relevant experience. **Skills:** * Leadership and motivation; * Analytical ability; * Clear communication; * Strategic vision; * Proactivity; * Customer focus; * Ethics. **Compensation:** * Salary: negotiable; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * GymPass.
