Carry out the printing of production processes, as scheduled. Follow the specifications for finished products and product standards, as scheduled. Perform machine setup and monitor the filling and packaging process on production lines. Monitor and control environmental conditions in the process: temperature and humidity. Inspect packages and verify product labels during processing. Calibrate and verify equipment: pH meter, scales, operator scales. Verify and release weighing of solution orders. Release handling after tank cleaning. Measure and record the pH of solutions and water. Issue solution reports. Collect product samples for microbiological analysis. Collect product samples from each batch for retention. Close and open retention boxes and pallets. Carry out traceability of retentions when necessary. Approve, retain, or reject pallets (label and system). Ensure rework control is maintained in systems (Omega and Auto Log) and records: pallet scanning. Ensure records are correctly completed and signed. Ensure adherence to production deadlines and orders. Implement corrective and preventive actions for market complaints.
