Job Summary: The **IT Analyst** will serve as the focal point for the company's entire technology operation, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the IT infrastructure—including networks, hardware, software, telephony, and security systems (cameras). This role is essential to maintaining the productivity and security of all employees and data. Minimum Requirements (Professional Qualifications) · **Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (from the 5th semester onward) in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** of proven experience in technical support and IT infrastructure administration. · **Essential Technical Knowledge:** o Solid knowledge of **Computer Networks** (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN). o Experience supporting **Operating Systems** (Windows, macOS) and Office Suite/Microsoft 365\. o Proficiency in **Hardware Maintenance** (desktops, laptops, peripherals) and **Software** (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). o Knowledge of **Data Backup and Recovery** procedures. o Basic understanding of **Information Security** (antivirus, basic firewall, access control). o **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with **telephony systems** (PABX, VoIP) and/or **camera/CCTV systems** (monitoring and recording). Main Responsibilities · Manage and monitor the company's entire **network infrastructure**, ensuring stability and performance. · Provide **technical support (Levels 1 and 2\)** to users regarding hardware, software, network, and internal systems. · Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on equipment (desktops, laptops, servers, printers). · Administer user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and network resources. · Install, configure, and update operating systems and software. · Coordinate **support and maintenance** for **telephony systems** (landline and VoIP) and **camera/CCTV systems**, acting frontline or engaging and supervising external vendors when necessary (for items where full expertise is not held). · Maintain up-to-date documentation of the IT infrastructure (inventory, network topology, procedures). · Support the implementation of **Information Security** policies and procedures.
