**We are looking for an Inventory Team Leader** to lead the warehouse operations, combining team management with hands-on involvement in daily operational activities. This role is strategic to ensure inventory organization, control, accuracy, and efficient support to internal departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the inventory/warehouse team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Perform operational duties within warehouse routines, directly supporting daily activities; * Ensure inventory organization, cleanliness, and standardization; * Control goods receipt and dispatch, verify invoices, and record transactions in the system; * Conduct periodic stocktaking and track inventory discrepancies; * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Ensure proper product storage (shelf life, preservation, FIFO); * Support replenishment for sales and/or consumption areas; * Prepare inventory control reports and key performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and best operational practices; * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations departments. **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience in inventory or warehouse control; * Prior experience leading or coordinating operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory processes, inbound/outbound control, and warehousing; * Organized, proactive profile with strong execution capability; * Ability to operate effectively at both operational and strategic levels. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-turnover inventory environments; * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP); * Experience with operational KPIs and reporting. **What We Offer** * Organized and collaborative work environment; * Competitive salary aligned with experience; * Benefits according to company policy. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should send their resume to: **contato@orbitconsulting.com.br** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
