Develop and train the team **About the position** We are seeking professionals to work in industrial supervision, leading the team in executing the production process and ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, and cost targets. This role involves overseeing manufacturing and assembly activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, operational safety, and process efficiency. **Main responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Inspect panel, slab, and joint manufacturing and assembly; * Ensure technological control and adherence to the production schedule; * Monitor material consumption and resource leveling; * Conduct 5S and safety patrols; * Train, develop, and supervise the team; * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and handle FCA’s; * Ensure production layouts and preservation of company resources; * Analyze production stoppages, identify waste, and monitor area indicators. **Requirements** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Administration. **Preferred qualifications** * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD. **Benefits** * Meal allowance\/meal voucher; * Transportation allowance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Day off; * Education incentive; * External partnerships with companies; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
