Relevant work experience; NR12, NR10, and SEP certifications; Intermediate Office package skills; Desirable knowledge of SAP, process analysis and improvement tools, and project management tools. #BeUrla Responsible for leading the maintenance team and assigning daily tasks, ensuring execution of installation and maintenance services for machines and equipment, guiding and monitoring incidents, defining priorities and scheduled interventions, aiming to contribute to the efficiency of industrial production processes and building infrastructure. Focus on Industrial Maintenance / Utilities / Electrical Systems * Responsible for leading the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical factory systems, including industrial refrigeration systems, heat generation systems, low- and high-pressure compressed air systems, storage and distribution of gases such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and LPG, as well as water and wastewater treatment systems; * Direct qualified technical labor (internal and/or external) to perform activities, defining the technical scope of work to be carried out in the area, requesting service contracts or material procurement, identifying required parts, tools, and infrastructure needed to carry out maintenance; * Validate executed technical activities; * Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance planning and supervise maintenance programs to prevent failures and ensure high equipment reliability and safety of equipment and systems; * Lead and develop the team of technicians and operators, promoting a safe and productive work environment; * Monitor service quality, ensuring compliance with company-specified safety, operational, and maintenance standards; * Propose infrastructure improvements and expansions when necessary; * Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions; * Ensure all operations comply with local regulations according to the IMS (Integrated Management System). * Ensure departmental KPIs are met according to company-set targets. 2512210202551931871
