Job Summary: Responsible for diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and agricultural implements, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork and travel We are hiring a professional for tractor and agricultural implement maintenance. Required knowledge: diesel mechanics, basic electricity, hydraulic systems, and transmissions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Machinery Maintenance, Agricultural Mechanics, or related fields; * Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance; * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems; * Familiarity with electronics applied to heavy equipment; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Driver’s license category A/D; * Availability for travel and fieldwork; * Immediate availability for hiring. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose faults and defects in heavy equipment such as tractors, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, and similar machines; * Disassemble, assemble, and adjust mechanical and electro-hydraulic components (e.g., engines, gearboxes, fuel injection systems, axles, transmissions, and power take-offs); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance plans or operational demand; * Conduct functional tests after repairs to ensure equipment efficiency and safety; * Read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic and electrical diagrams and schematics; * Complete service orders and technical reports documenting interventions performed; * Use digital tools for maintenance tracking, service order generation, and report preparation; * Maintain tools, equipment, and the work environment, ensuring workshop organization and safety; **BENEFITS** * Salary + Commission; * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Zenklub – Mental Health Support.
