We are seeking a **Harvester Operator - SANTA CANDIDA 2026/27 Harvest** to work at **EAB** in **Bocaina, SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Operate the harvester safely and perform basic machine maintenance; * Carry out operations and activities in compliance with safety regulations; * Operate the harvester according to company-defined quality standards (losses, stump removal, presence of foreign mineral and vegetable matter, soil compaction); * Accurately record data on the onboard computer. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules (5 days on / 1 day off); * Brazilian driver’s license class C, D, or E; * Experience operating harvesters; * Mobility to the cities of Bocaina, SP; Dourado, SP; or Boa Esperança do Sul, SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
