Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Harvest polycultures, including coffee harvesting, removal of bean plants, legumes and tubers, bundling cereal stalks and flower seeds, as well as sugarcane cutting; * Plant various crops by introducing seeds and seedlings into the soil, mulching and fertilizing them with vegetative cover; * Maintain rural properties, prepare seedlings and seeds through nursery and seedbed construction, with activities based on plant transplantation and grafting; * Perform cultural practices, as well as prepare soil for planting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Familiarity with manual tools; * Familiarity with brush-cutting machinery operation; * Familiarity with lifeline use on slopes; **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: R$900.00; * On-site meals; * Transportation: Chartered bus; * Health insurance: Unimed Santos; * Dental insurance: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
