Job Summary: General Services Assistant responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of internal and external areas of the dealership, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment. We are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to **perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization activities for the dealership’s internal and external areas, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and suitable environment for employees and customers. Contribute to the good appearance of the facilities and to maintaining hygiene and safety conditions in compliance with the Group’s quality standards.** If you are agile, customer-oriented, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase, and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the dealership’s internal and external premises, including offices, restrooms, showroom, circulation areas, workshop, and parking lots. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of company premises, including floor sweeping, glass cleaning, restroom sanitation, replenishment of hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and garbage removal. * Collect and dispose of waste in appropriate locations, following environmental and safety guidelines. * Replenish hygiene and cleaning supplies in respective departments, monitor consumption levels, and request restocking when necessary. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of furniture, equipment, and tools used in daily cleaning routines. * Perform glass, façade, and external area cleaning while observing safety regulations. * Assist in moving furniture and objects upon request to support maintenance tasks or internal events. **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you:** * Have completed elementary or high school education * Possess basic knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of environments Do you identify with this challenge?
