Job Summary: We are seeking a Cafeteria and Cleaning Leader to coordinate teams and processes related to cafeteria, cleaning, and bar operations, ensuring adherence to good practices and quality control. Coordination of bar organization, cleaning, and inventory We are looking for a **Cafeteria and Cleaning Leader** for our units located within the Fortaleza International Airport\-CE. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Preparation of staff schedules. * Supervision of cafeteria processes (implementation of good practices as trained by Nutrition regarding sanitary regulations, buffet preparation and presentation, quality control of served food, equipment maintenance assessment). * Implementation of PVPS and shelf-life control. * Supervision of cleaning processes (quality control and execution of cleaning tasks, control over use of cleaning supplies, staff scheduling, application of good practices per sanitary regulations, use of PPEs). * Supervision of bar processes (good practices in food handling, inventory and logging of ingredient inflows and outflows for drinks, coordination of bar organization and cleaning, cleaning of coffee machines and restocking of refrigerators). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills. * Flexibility regarding work hours. **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, with an 8-hour daily workload. * Shift: Night shift. **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher. * Food Allowance. * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance. * Dental Plan. * Gym membership \- Gympass. * Birthday Leave \- Day Off.
