**JOB DESCRIPTION** * Interpret plans, technical drawings, and work orders * Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood-derived components * Build concrete formwork, shoring, roofs, doors, windows, and various structures * Install and adjust components according to alignment and leveling requirements * Perform maintenance and repairs on wooden structures * Use manual and power carpentry tools * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations (use of PPE) **Requirements** * Primary education (preferred) * Proven experience as a carpenter * Knowledge of plan reading and measurements * Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment * Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and discipline * Teamwork * Organization * Proactivity * Focus on quality and safety Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Pay: R$2.300,00 – R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
