Performs diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and steering. Ensures vehicle safety, performance, and reliability while adhering to technical standards and safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma (technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics preferred). * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of buses or heavy vehicles. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment. * Organizational skills and attention to safety. * Willingness to participate in training programs. * Driver's license (Class D or E preferred). * Availability for immediate hiring. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on urban, intercity, or articulated buses; * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures; * Carry out repairs and replacement of parts in engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering systems, and air conditioning systems; * Conduct operational tests after maintenance; * Use hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment; * Follow technical procedures and safety regulations; * Complete service orders and maintenance reports; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure fleet availability; * Participate in technical training and updates as required; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **BENEFITS** * Base salary + commission * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Zenklub – Mental health support.
