We currently have an opportunity for an Aerial Network Maintenance Technician within our Aerial Network team.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply—and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead and guide the technical field team, ensuring efficient execution of activities; foster a positive organizational climate; resolve conflicts; supervise and advise other professionals; and report incidents or accidents to the immediate supervisor. * Train and qualify team members using maintenance and safety techniques, promote proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational procedures. * Perform and supervise work at height for maintenance and installation of aerial electrical networks—including on transmission towers, utility poles, aerial work platforms, scaffolding, cranes, ladders, rescue baskets, and rope access systems. * Carry out and supervise pruning in areas adjacent to energized networks in accordance with technical standards and safety regulations, ensuring structural integrity and continuity of power supply. * Coordinate and perform switching operations using disconnect switches to isolate and restore networks, as well as respond to system failures—aiming for rapid service normalization. * Diagnose and correct faults in AC and DC distribution networks; perform maintenance on specialized equipment and machinery; and interpret electrical diagrams and distribution network schematics. * Install and replace electrical equipment on utility poles and high-voltage structures; carry out operations on high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems; and provide technical guidance for aerial network and power system implementation and maintenance activities. * Operate and drive specialized machinery and equipment, road vehicles, rail vehicles, and road-rail vehicles; record performed services; report anomalies to supervision; and propose process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Education: Completed technical education in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or Industrial Automation; * Experience or practical knowledge of aerial network maintenance; * Registration (enrollment) with the CFT Council; * Availability to work on rotating shifts; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Desirable requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Basic SAP knowledge; * Driver’s license, Category D; * Regulatory Standards (NRs): Prior training in NR-10 is desirable. **Additional information** Benefits: Medical assistance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1.154,00 Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of the Comporte Group responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
