Responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and storing products, as well as controlling inbound and outbound movements, conducting inventories to prevent losses, and preparing items for shipment or sale. * **Receiving and Inspection:** Unload goods, physically verify items against the invoice (quantity, color, model), and inspect quality and expiration dates. * **Storage:** Store products in an optimized and secure manner. Apply organizational methods such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and ABC analysis. * **Control and System:** Record all inbound movements, transfers, and outbound movements in the company's management system (ERP). * **Inventory:** Conduct cyclic counts (daily/weekly) and full physical audits to ensure physical stock matches system records, identifying damages or thefts. * **Picking and Shipping:** Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment to customers or inter-branch transfers. * **Organization and Safety:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse/stockroom environment (including proper use of PPE).
