**TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **Contract Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur)** Academic Qualifications: * Completed High School * Advantage: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **On-site for the first 6 months; afterward, hybrid or remote work may be negotiated.** **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 3,500.00 * Commission: up to 4%. * Bonuses: Yes. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 5 years of sales experience. * Experience in technical sales; experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an advantage. * Proficiency in Excel. * Must reside in the Guarulhos, Lapa, or Tatuapé regions. * Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) and valid driver’s license (preferably possessing a driver’s license). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct B2B sales of services focused on Occupational Health and Safety. * Perform critical analysis and assess client potential during the initial contact, emphasizing quality and advisory support. * Negotiate pricing and payment terms. · **Proactively prospect clients via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.** **(Daily call volume and conversion rate metrics)** * Manage customer portfolio using CRM and Excel-based reports. * Achieve sales targets. * Conduct external visits. * Develop and maintain an independent client portfolio. * Collect documentation and coordinate with other departments to expedite service delivery.
