Support HR management in developing salary tables and ranges, standardizing positions and CBOs in alignment with the collective bargaining agreement. Conduct salary surveys to assess market competitiveness and internal equity, and study other organizational structures to align company needs with market practices. Receive and monitor internal mobility requests, evaluating the need to create new positions and whether proposed compensation complies with policy. Implement HR programs together with HR management, such as performance evaluation and job & salary evaluation. Monitor performance evaluations and feedback, measuring outcomes and proposing actions. Collaborate with IT on automating people management processes and indicators. Support HR management in mediating workplace conflicts. Be responsible for confidential information related to people management; Comply with safety regulations and all other company policies; Know and apply the Integrated Management System (SGI) policy; Follow work instructions and procedures (established standards); Safeguard the company’s image and assets.
