Define and monitor performance goals and KPIs We are looking for a professional with commercial acumen and analytical vision to coordinate our **digital sales** operations, lead the telesales team, and track performance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the digital sales team (WhatsApp, phone, chat, and social media). * Define and monitor performance goals and KPIs. * Monitor results such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and response time. * Improve customer journey and purchasing experience. * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns and strategic initiatives. * Structure and organize processes, service workflows, and CRM/system usage. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience managing sales or digital customer service teams. * Experience in telesales and online channel sales. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Experience with e\-commerce platforms is a plus. **BENEFITS:** * Monday to Friday during business hours. * Transportation allowance, on-site meal benefit, health insurance, dental insurance, and others (details provided during the selection process). * Salary expectations required.
