We are seeking a **Telemarketing Operator**, a professional eager to join our team, share these values, and help strengthen the excellence in service we provide. **Responsibilities** Proactive and reactive online customer service; Scheduling of medical appointments and exams; Providing guidance and information to customers; Identifying customers' needs and presenting solutions that meet those needs; Meeting individual sales and service performance targets; **Qualifications** Completed high school education; Sales experience is essential; Availability to work in Fortaleza from Monday to Saturday (6 hours/day); Basic computer skills; Negotiation and persuasion skills; Preferred: Professional experience in call centers, sales, or healthcare customer service; **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in medical and dental clinics; Experience in humanized customer service. **Benefits** Fixed salary; Variable compensation; Meal allowance; Discounts on exams and consultations; Birthday day-off; TotalPass; Clude; C4Life; Opportunity for professional growth.
