




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and monitoring the internal sales team, ensuring goal achievement, talent development, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in complex negotiations and customer portfolio management **Role** Manage the execution of strategies defined at higher hierarchical levels and monitor daily activities of direct reports to ensure goal achievement. **Main Responsibilities** · **Daily Team Management:** Supervise the work routine of sales representatives, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time. · **Training and Development:** Train new employees, provide ongoing guidance, and develop talent within the team. · **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor real-time performance indicators (KPIs), such as number of calls, appointments scheduled, and conversion rates, to quickly identify improvement opportunities. · **Support in Complex Negotiations:** Provide direct support to sales representatives in more challenging sales situations or in relationships with strategic customers. · **Motivation and Organizational Climate:** Foster a motivating, high-performance work environment by managing conflicts and recognizing outstanding results. · **Report Generation:** Consolidate sales data and prepare managerial reports on team performance for presentation to coordination or senior management. · **Process Optimization:** Identify and suggest improvements to internal sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency; · **Managing One's Own Customer Portfolio:** The supervisor will be responsible for servicing clients with larger accounts; · **Weekly Meetings with Management:** Weekly, the supervisor will be responsible for presenting team activities as well as proposals for immediate action. **Prerequisites** * **Interpersonal Communication:** Ability to deliver constructive feedback, mediate conflicts, and communicate expectations clearly and assertively. * **Training and Mentoring (Coaching):** Expertise in teaching sales techniques, guiding the team in skill development, and helping overcome individual challenges. * **Conflict Management:** Ability to handle disagreements within the team and between the team and upper management while maintaining focus on results. * **Effective Delegation:** Ability to fairly and efficiently distribute tasks and responsibilities. **Required Technical Skills** * **Inside Sales Proficiency:** In-depth knowledge of internal sales methodologies (prospecting, lead qualification, phone/digital negotiation, closing). * **CRM and Tools Management:** Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., RD Station) and communication tools (call center software, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * **Data Analysis and KPIs:** Ability to interpret performance metrics (conversion rate, average deal size, churn, call volume), identify trends, and propose data-driven action plans. * **Process Optimization:** Critical perspective to analyze the sales funnel, identify operational bottlenecks, and suggest workflow efficiency improvements. **Behavioral Skills** * **Emotional Intelligence:** Essential for managing performance pressure, remaining calm in challenging situations, and understanding team members’ emotions. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve operational issues and customer objections. * **Organization and Planning:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize activities, and ensure deadlines are met. * **Adaptability and Flexibility:** Sales evolves rapidly; the supervisor must adapt to new technologies, strategies, and market conditions. * **Proactivity:** Initiative to anticipate problems, seek solutions before situations escalate, and propose innovations.
