




We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to handle pre-sales for our services, with a focus on WhatsApp customer service. This person will be responsible for qualifying leads coming from Instagram and Facebook, aiming to understand the potential customer's interest and direct them to one of our physical locations. Key responsibilities: * Initiate first contact with leads who reach out via WhatsApp; * Understand the lead's profile and needs, verifying alignment with our services; * Engage potential customers with clear, empathetic, and persuasive information; * Schedule in-person visits or appointments with our locations; * Record all interactions and customer service activities in spreadsheets or internal systems; * Collaborate closely with the sales teams at our locations to ensure proper lead follow-up.
