Order control and sales reporting **About the Professional in this Role:** The Sales Assistant is responsible for performing administrative and commercial processes occurring before, during, and after product sales. To achieve this, they work across areas such as customer service and administrative tasks. **About the Position:** The Sales Assistant handles order control and prepares reports listing finalized and cancelled sales. It is also the responsibility of the internal Sales Assistant to accompany customers during the post-sales phase, providing all necessary assistance and contributing to a positive customer experience. **Emma Group Activities:** * Contact customers and close sales; * Monitor sales using the company’s system; * Organize documentation and sales processes; * Contact customers if any required information is missing to complete the sale; * Enter customer information—including CNPJ, address, and contact points—into the system to enable order invoicing; * Prepare sales reports specifying customer expectations, sale amounts, the salesperson involved, and key negotiation points; * When necessary, provide customer support regarding payments, due dates, bill issuance, and product-related inquiries, making appropriate referrals; * Contact customers during the post-sales phase to verify whether the product meets their expected needs.
