### **About the Role** The professional will be responsible for searching for products requested by customers through an **online sales center**, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality in customer service. ### **How the Process Works** The hiring company operates an **online sales center**, located in **Rio de Janeiro**. Customers access the **Shopping Leblon** website and contact the center via **chat**, requesting products of interest *(excluding food items)*.
