Focus on organization and communication **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** Participation in training courses and pedagogical meetings; Participation in all processes related to new student onboarding, including monitoring of registration/enrollment dashboards, conversion rates, and implementation of commercial and pedagogical initiatives; Monitoring of re-enrollment, dropout, cancellation, and partnership indicators, among others; Providing student support; Opening and tracking support protocols; Creating and maintaining updated records of students enrolled in internship programs; Guiding, clarifying, and supporting students regarding internship procedures; Planning and participating in educational events; Participating in and organizing lectures for commemorative dates; Training, aligning, and developing training programs for staff; Decorating the learning center and creating souvenirs for commemorative dates; **Requirements and Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate degree. Preferred: Experience in pedagogical management and administration. Residence near the workplace. **PARANGABA** Proactive, committed, communicative, organized. Team-oriented.
