





**Work schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 PM to 5:20 AM (receives fixed salary + night shift allowance) **Work location:** Vonixx Distribution Center, located in Eusébio/CE, on BR 116 **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; Driver’s license category B preferred; Ongoing postgraduate studies preferred; Experience in logistics; Forklift control and checklist knowledge preferred; Accounting and tax knowledge preferred; Computer literacy; Familiarity with logistics KPIs; WMS knowledge is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Monitor finished goods inventory levels via system, comparing inventory figures against orders, analyzing and addressing potential order-related issues to support shipment demand fulfillment and delivery accuracy. Supervise operational procedures for inventory replenishment by evaluating compliance with safety protocols, accuracy in item organization, identification, and storage location, aiming to ensure process flow efficiency. Receive, review, and approve customer promotional item picking and release per request from the requesting department’s manager, monitoring the workflow. Monitor outgoing invoice (NF) billing procedures by assessing requirements and negotiating with relevant departments involved in the process, as well as drafting correction letters for carriers when necessary, ensuring billing accuracy and service quality. Supervise freight quotation requests by analyzing orders, evaluating indicators such as weight, cubic meter, volume of national and international delivery requests, costs, and customer alternatives, among others, to track the transportation market and identify opportunities for improving quotation processes. Supervise delivery route planning by reviewing routes defined by the logistics assistant and vehicle loading manifests, aiming to minimize transportation costs and ensure service quality. Track departmental performance indicators (KPIs), including number of orders received, picked, and shipped; delivery mileage and fuel costs; order size; orders by weight; on-time delivery rate; invoice (NF) issuance errors, among others, to provide timely information to the immediate supervisor for decision-making and to report indicators to senior management. Manage the work team through supervision and follow-up of logistics, billing, and shipping activities, identifying development opportunities, proposing training, evaluating team performance outcomes, scheduling vacation time, tracking absences, etc., aiming to build a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals. Supervise adherence to delivery routes by monitoring drivers via GPS trackers and evaluating stop durations. Assess operating conditions of transport equipment—including forklifts, cars, and trucks—verifying maintenance schedules, requesting workshop quotes, and submitting proposals for evaluation and approval by the immediate supervisor, ensuring full operational readiness to meet company demands. Perform additional duties pertinent to the department as requested by the immediate supervisor.
