




We are a clinic group with 5 units in Fortaleza looking for dynamic and communicative interns to join our customer service team. As a customer service intern, you will be responsible for: * Attending to and clarifying customer inquiries clearly and objectively, providing detailed information about services or processes to promote satisfaction. * Delivering personalized service, providing agile and efficient support to ensure the best customer experience. * Scheduling exams in person and via WhatsApp using the system; * Collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient daily operations. **BENEFITS** Internship stipend of R$800 + transportation allowance + basic food basket. **REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in a technical or higher education program in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields. **LOCATION** Maraponga Unit **WORKLOAD** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
