Job Summary: Commercial Intern / Client Prospecting to conduct prospecting of new clients and support marketing and relationship-building activities in condominium management. Key Highlights: 1. Develop communication and client relationship skills **Position: Commercial Intern / Client Prospecting** **About the company:** We are a company specializing in condominium management, offering comprehensive solutions in Legal, Human Resources, Collections, Finance, Tax, and Accounting departments. **Internship Responsibilities:** * Prospect new clients (condominiums) * Research and identify potential condominiums * Make initial contact with syndics and responsible parties * Enter and update client information in the system * Support the development of commercial proposals * Schedule meetings for proposal presentations * Assist in marketing and relationship-building initiatives **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and proactivity * Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools * Interest in commercial activities and client relationship management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service * Knowledge of prospecting or sales **Location:** Fortaleza\-CE \- Downtown **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day \- Monday to Friday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Type of Position:** Internship **Compensation:** R$900.00 per month **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance Type of position: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$900.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
