




Job Summary: An HR professional to handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and internal marketing support. Key Highlights: 1. Full involvement in recruitment and selection processes. 2. Support in training and onboarding of new employees. 3. Active participation in internal marketing initiatives. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, administering tests and interviews, and providing feedback; * Request onboarding documentation, verify its completeness, create physical personnel files, and forward them to the Payroll Department; * Support onboarding training for new employees; * Assist supervisors in preparing behavioral training sessions (e.g., printing materials, arranging the training room, providing coffee, obtaining quotations for activity materials, etc.); * Request employee uniforms from suppliers; * Support monitoring of employees' probationary periods; * Execute internal marketing calendar activities; * Conduct exit interviews.
