This professional will assist and support the HR department across all HR subsystems by performing various activities to ensure compliance with general and HR-specific procedures and policies established by Bourbon Hospitalidade. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of relevant documentation and collection of signatures; * Monitor and maintain the electronic time clock system, ensuring timely updates and necessary corrections; * Monitor and verify vacation schedules, holidays, and corresponding compensations; * Support verification, preparation, and input of information required for payroll processing, vacation payments, and termination settlements to ensure accurate payments; * Support procurement, verification, and maintenance of all employee benefits offered by the company, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines and accurate recording of changes, additions, and removals; * Support HR management in recruitment and selection processes to help identify the right candidate for the right position; * Assist in organizing internal training sessions, including room reservations and managing required logistics; * Assist in internal marketing programs according to standards set by Corporate HR, aiming to sustain a positive work environment; * Provide employee assistance on various HR-related matters, offering guidance, clarifying doubts, and seeking solutions—always supported by management. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing). * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Knowledge of labor legislation. WORK SCHEDULE: * Business hours (Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
