




Conduct strategic prospecting to reach key executives on a predefined wishlist, using Hunter methodology and ABM strategies. Perform in-depth consulting diagnostics to understand complex HR, Training & Development (T&D), and Corporate Education challenges. Manage and advance the sales pipeline with strong commercial discipline, ensuring predictability and quality at every stage within the CRM (preferably Salesforce). Align business needs with Afferolab’s solutions by delivering value-based presentations tailored to corporate culture, performance, and learning. Influence senior-level decision-makers and drive negotiations to advanced stages, delivering robust opportunities for deal closure. Work in a hybrid model (typically remote, with occasional on-site client visits). Availability for travel required. Hiring position: Associate Partner. **Base salary:** up to R$11,000.00. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must have proven experience in high-value B2B sales (services, consulting, corporate education, or complex solutions), including enterprise and public sector sales. Experience with SaaS, DaaS models, and ABM strategies is required. Advanced consulting capability, including strategic diagnostic expertise, deep questioning skills, and systemic business acumen. Excellent communication, executive influence, and negotiation skills with top leadership. Strong pipeline management, commercial discipline, and CRM proficiency. Results-oriented profile with resilience, sense of urgency, autonomy, and ownership. Must possess deep understanding of the HR and T&D ecosystem, including its priorities and challenges.
