**Activities:** * Provide direct customer service, presenting products/services and identifying needs; * Manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing; * Record and update information in the CRM; * Monitor goals, KPIs, and opportunity progress; * Contribute to sales strategies; * Develop customer relationships, ensuring a consultative journey; * Identify new market opportunities and support commercial initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management Processes, Financial Management or Commercial Management. * Identification with the commercial area.
