We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to interact effectively with the public. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients undergoing retirement procedures; * Request and record referrals from existing clients; * Update client information and monitor the list of approved clients; * Support daily administrative tasks and organize the law firm’s customer service operations; * Maintain close, welcoming relationships with clients. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people; * Warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor; * Organizational skills and responsibility in managing contacts and follow-ups; * Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is a plus.
