We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst with experience on the platform and a focus on Endpoint Management (Intune) and Data Governance and Compliance (Purview). The professional will administer, configure, and provide operational support for Microsoft 365 environments at client sites, ensuring that collaboration, communication, and security solutions align with each organization’s device, identity, and compliance policies. **Responsibilities** Endpoint Management and Security (Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager) * Administer and maintain the lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune. * Configure and sustain MDM and MAM policies, including corporate and BYOD scenarios. * Apply and maintain device compliance and security policies integrated with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access. * Implement and support Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning processes. * Integrate and operate endpoint protection solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint via Intune. * Support analysis and resolution of incidents related to devices and security policies. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Microsoft Purview) * Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Endpoints). * Configure and administer Sensitivity Labels and information classification and protection policies (Microsoft Information Protection). * Support definition and application of Retention Policies and data lifecycle controls. * Assist with eDiscovery, auditing, and internal investigations under guidance from senior teams or legal/compliance departments. Microsoft 365 Platform Administration * Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services: + Exchange Online: mailboxes, basic email policies, and message flow. + SharePoint Online and OneDrive: site administration, permissions, and sharing policies. + Microsoft Teams: configuration of meeting, access, and governance policies. * Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including: + Identity management (cloud and hybrid); + Configuration and maintenance of MFA; + Support for Conditional Access administration; + License management. * Perform routine monitoring, adjustments, and continuous improvements in client environments. Requirements: * Solid hands-on experience (senior level) administering Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM and MAM). * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, and Retention Policies). * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (identities, MFA, and Conditional Access). * Experience administering core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams). * PowerShell knowledge for basic automation and administrative tasks. * Ability to work in an organized manner, following processes, documentation, and best practices. Desirable (Differentiators): * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, or SC-400). * Basic or intermediate experience with Microsoft Defender XDR or Microsoft Sentinel. * Conceptual understanding of Zero Trust. * Experience with data migration activities (Exchange Online and SharePoint Online). * Experience supporting clients or multi-tenant environments. **Additional Information:** * Position exclusively for PJ (individual contractor) model.
